Water Bottle Rocket Launch! Monday, Aug. 22

The very popular Water Bottle Rocket event will be held at 6:00 PM on Monday, August 22 in the rear of the Sudbury United Methodist Church. Please have each boy bring an empty 2 liter plastic bottle to decorate and use as a rocket. This event is open to all boys (and siblings) from grades 1-5, and we encourage scouts and parents to invite friends to join us and experience the fun of scouting. See you then!

Sudbury Clean Up

Dear Parents of Pack 60,

As many of you may know this Saturday, April 30th is Sudbury Clean Up Day.   Let’s get together and do our part by helping.  Pack 60 has been assigned to the Loring School on Saturday from 10am-11am.  Bags will be provided for the clean up.   Come join in the cleanup we would love your help!!!    If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 978-579-7923

Battleship Cove sleepover!

It’s back by popular demand!! Ask any kid who has been in Cub Scouts what their favorite activity was and chances are they will say the sleepover at the Battleship Cove!

This year’s details:

From: Saturday April 2nd (arrive 11am to 3pm)
To: Sunday April 3rd (between 9am and 4.30pm – your choice!)
Where: Battleship Cove, Fall River, MA.
Cost: $55 per person

YOU GET

  • Two days’ paid admission with overnight lodging on board a National Historic Landmark
  • Full, nutritious dinner, breakfast, and box lunch served in the battleship’s Officers’ Wardroom
  • Feature films shown on board Big Mamie
  • A rotating schedule of knot-tying and Morse Code classes, flag-folding presentations, story-telling, and historical reenactments
  • A free 16-page souvenir guide with a pull-out map of Big Mamie
  • Free admission to the Marine Museum.
  • Memories for a lifetime!!

How do I sign-up?

To sign up please make out a check to Sudbury Pack 60 for $55 per person, write the names of the attendees on the memo section of the check and mail or drop off the check at the following address or bring your check to the Blue and Gold dinner on March 12th:
